Therefore, it aims to further develop students´ skill to orientate in complex issues related to the content and process of teaching / learning English to primary / lower secondary school learners, namely in the area of methods and approaches in ELT.
|
Requirements on student

1. Active participation in seminars and completing the assigned tasks (video-based observations; written response to pre-set questions).
2. Knowledge of the theoretical background of approaches, methods and techniques in ELT
3. Application of selected teaching techniques in one´s own teaching:
- Individual task: Designing a lesson plan including two selected techniques related to the approaches and methods in ELT to be discussed in the interview.

The rationale behind the techniques included in the lesson plan and the reflection of the process of designing the plan will be discussed during the subsequent feedback session.
