Course content
Principles and rules of air traffic. Content of the course: definitions, airport, instrument flight rules, visual flight rules, classes of airspace, air traffic services, flight plan, separation methods and minima, navigation (ILS, NDB, VOR, DME), radar services, air traffic flow management, low visibility procedures, communication failure, instrumental and visual approach, interception of civil aircraft. Introduction and history of Air Law International agreements and organisations Legal nature of aircraft Identity, Nationality, Registration, Ownership, Operator's responsibility Interception of civil aircraft, Unlawful Interference Aviation terminology, aircraft, airport, air traffic services, phraseology, learning vocabulary and understanding miscellaneous situations at airport, during departure, landing and en route flight through reading, listening and debating. Time allowance, summary.

Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to acquaint students with the principles and rules of air traffic.
After finishing the course the student is familiar with the basic problems of air transport.

Oral examination
