Learning outcomes
Object tie together on pieces of knowledge from object Macroeconomics, Microeconomics and Development of public administration. Attention is presented by the theoretical interrogations in public economics, explication of fundamental constructs and relations. Special attention is aimed on characteristics of public sector and chosen economic tools of public sector. Object purpose is to acquaint the listeners with fundamental questions and problems in public economics and public economies and to create the theoretical base for study of another consequential disciplines, especially public finances and public sector economy.
Students will be well informed with fundamental questions and problems in public economics and public economies and to create the theoretical base for study of another consequential disciplines, especially public finances and public sector economy.
Prerequisites
Knowledge of microeconomics - the basic forms of imperfect competition, the basic principles of the functioning of markets and the behavior of market participants are expected.

Assessment methods and criteria
Oral examination, Written examination, Student performance assessment

Closing assignment: assignment test (two parts: middterm at November, 23-29 and test in last week of semester). The students must have more than 60 % from both tests for assignment. Final examination: written, eventually oral.
