Learning outcomes
This subject connects on piece of knowledge from macroeconomics, especially a fiscal policy and explains basic character of public finance and their role in economies of the state. Among fundamental troubled rounds belong to: a budget system of the Czech Republic, out of budget funds, revenue and expenses of a public budget, a tax theory, a dedistribution and a grant, an economy of organizational components and contribution organization, a financing of a social security administration, a budget deficit and a public debt, a fiscal federalism and an international public ownership finance. The target of this subject is to get up basic information about financial instrument, which passing public budgets and rules, which relate on economy with them.
Students will be able to use the theoretical knowledges in economical area about the public financing, budgeting.

Assessment: participation in seminar (80 %) and an elaboration seminary work according to submission. Alternative assessment: An elaboration seminary work according to submission (c. 10 pages). Exam: in writing form.
