Law in USA - character, principles. Constitution of the United States. Judiciary power in USA. Contractual law. Banking law. Selected cases.

Learning outcomes
|
The aim of the subject is to provide information on drafting contracts and enforcement as well as the various types of US business entities; particular attention is given to US banking system, its regulation and issues from a legal perspective. Practical aspects are stressed.
Student will get basic knowledges about amerigan legal system, especially criminal law.

Prerequisites
|
Student should have basic knowledge of law in scope of "Introduction to law" course.

Assignement is granted on the base active presence and solving of cases.
