Course content
Law in USA - character, principles. Constitution of the United States. Judiciary power in USA. Contractual law. Banking law. Selected cases.

Learning activities and teaching methods
Dialogic (discussion, interview, brainstorming), Work with text (with textbook, with book), Methods of individual activities, Stimulating activities (simulation, games, drama), Řízená praxe
Learning outcomes
The aim of the subject is to provide information on drafting contracts and enforcement as well as the various types of US business entities; particular attention is given to US banking system, its regulation and issues from a legal perspective. Practical aspects are stressed.
Student will get basic knowledges about amerigan legal system, especially criminal law.
Prerequisites
Student should have basic knowledge of law in scope of "Introduction to law" course.

Assessment methods and criteria
Work-related product analysis, Systematic monitoring

Assignement is granted on the base active presence and solving of cases.
