Course content

Law, sources of law. Legal relations, law interpretation and application. Basics of the constitutional system in the Czech Republic. Civil-law relations - basic concepts. Jura in re. Land registry. Law of obligation. Liability of damage and unjust enrichment. Incorporeal good rights. Labour-law relations - selected chapters. Civil trial. Bankruptcy problem.

Learning outcomes
|
The basic concepts of the legal theory and the brief explanation of law sources as well as the constitutional system of the Czech Republic will be explained in the first part of the subject teaching.The explanation of the Private Law principles , predominantly Civic Law and partly Labour Law, will follow.The subject teaching will be finished by the brief explanation of the bankruptcy problem .
Student aquires basic knowledges from general legal theory, constitutional law and civil law, which are necessary to study other branches of law.
