Law, system of law, sources of law. Public administration - functional and organizational concepts. Classification of administrative law. Administrative punishment. Administrative offences. Administrative procedure focused on the offence procedure. Shortened procedures. Police of the Czech Republic - competences. Municipal police - competences. Customs administration.

Learning outcomes
|
The aim of the course is to acquaint the students with knowledge of this special part of the administrative law, position, competences and duties of the Czech Republic security forces members. The essence of the course creates the commentary to the Act No. 238/1991 Coll. and No. 553/1991 Coll. or No. 361/2003 Coll.
Students will know how to apply acquired knowledge especially within the contact with the Police of the Czech Republic, municipal police and customs administration.
