Course content

Law, system of law, sources. Constitution, constitutional principles of public administration. Relations governed by public law, its subjects, content and object. Administrative acts, effectual instruction, coercive acts. Contracts governed by public law. Administrative penalization. Administrative inspection. Control of public administration. Administrative procedure. Compensation for damages in public administration. Administrative and constitutional justice. Regional self-administration.

Learning outcomes
|
The aim of the course is to acquaint the students with general part of administrative law and legal regulations of the public administration, its position within the state, its function and organization.
Students will be acquainted with basic orientation in administrative law and organization of the public administration, they will be able to understand and apply basic legal regulations.

Assessment methods and criteria

Oral examination, Written examination, Home assignment evaluation
The examination is granted upon completion of the following conditions: attendance at seminars, completion of the seminar paper on a lectured topic and passing the final test, or more precisely the test comprising of two independent tests.
