Concept and subject of administrative procedure. Sources of administrative procedure. Force of administrative regulations. Principles of a procedure. Administrative authorities and juristic persons. Course of a procedure. Resolution. Review of a resolution in administrative procedure. Execution of resolution. Special proceedings.

Learning outcomes
|
The aim of the course is acquaint students with administrative proceedings and to explain when it is held, what is its target and how it proceeds. Students will learn how to work with legal acts governing administrative proceedings.
Students will be able to apply methods, forms and instruments of the administrative procedure in the public administration.

The examination is granted upon completion of the following conditions: attendance at seminars and completion of the seminar paper.
