Course content
|
Customs administration and its organization. Customs officer responsibilities and competences. Control and duties of checked person. Cooperation of the third party in the control. Customs administration in the system of the Czech Republic public authorities. Customs administration competences aside customs issues.

Learning outcomes
|
The aim of the course is to acquaint the students with the organization of the customs administration and its incorporation within the state administration, particular authorities, its competences and diversity of these competences from other customs administration authorities in the sphere of violation of legal regulations.
Student will be able to orientate in the organization of customs administration.

Prerequisites
|
Student should orientate in the problematics of Public Administration in Czech Republic.

Assessment methods and criteria
|
Written examination, Home assignment evaluation, Discussion
Examination granting is conditioned by attendance at seminars. To get the exam is necessary to pass the final written test.
