Course content

Cultural heritage fund as an important and constructive and national economy characteristics; cultural heritage care is an integral part of environment, it has to be understood both in social and cultural-anthropological relations. Domains: Socio-economic projects of cultural heritage utilization and its typology, approach to ownership and historical objects administration. Economic principles, terms and tools applicable to operation and maintenance of cultural heritage objects. Socio-economic criteria related to cultural heritage methods covering repairs, reconstructions and restoration and conservation activities.

Learning outcomes
|
Subject objectives consist in improving students knowledge and understanding broader relationship, systematic economic insight and further social aspects related to cultural heritage care. The subject characterizes individual functions of a cultural heritage item, sets guidelines for its economical utilization and is directed towards creating professional detached point of view considering specialized study branches.
Student is well versed in the latest economic-social aspects of restoration branch, cultural heritage and care of the past.
