The main aim is to study Multi-Level Governance and to explore the role of the Regions in interactions with the European Union. The course covers the EU, national, regional and local level of governance from a multi-level perspective. The course highlights the different mechanisms which facilitate the exercise of regional competences in a multilevel framework.
