Course content
1. Introduction. Division of air transport. 2. Law in civil aviation. Airspace organisation. International conventions in civil aviation. 3. International, governmental, nongovernmental organizations in civil aviation range. 4. Haag, Tokyo, Montreal, Warsaw, Chicago, Paris and Geneva conventions. 5. ICAO - structure, tasks, membership. Executive authorities of ICAO. 6. IATA - structure, tasks, orientation. Executive authorities of IATA. IATA Clearing House, IATA BSP. 7. Aviation legislation in the Czech Republic. Ministry of Transport's role in civil aviation area. Czech aviation authority. 8. Business in civil aviation - airline operators and carriers. 9. Business in civil aviation - airport operators, airport services, plane producers, repairs and controls. 10. ICAO annexes - L 1, 7, 9. 11. ICAO annexes - L 6, 12, 13. 12. ICAO annexes - L 15, 16, 17. 13. ICAO annexes - L 18, Doc. 4444. JAR regulations.

Learning outcomes
The aim of the subject is to introduce legislative documents related to air transport.
After passing the subject, the student is able to orientate in problem of law in air transport sphere and is able to apply this knowledge in practice.

The credit confirms that the student has attended the lessons in certain frequency and that has fulfilled all requirements. The conditions of credit awarding depend on the teacher. The examination (form, content, length) is given by "Study and Examination Order".
