The aim of the course is conceived as highly specialized in the field of evaluation of steel bridge structures, especially in terms of their useful properties. It also includes technical design solutions for complex structural units (e.g. design of steel orthotropic bridge decks, assessment of arch and cable bridges) or solutions for special bridges (temporary bridges, movable bridges).
After completing the course, student is familiar with with the field of diagnostics and evaluation of steel bridges |
