Course content |
Entry into the issue - meaning, functions and tools of analysis work. The importance of economic analysis indicators. Productivity of labour and wage analysis. Process analysis. Time series of economic indicators analysis. Costs and revenues analysis. Long-run tangible property analysis. Controlling (fundamentals, purpose, tasks, tools, process). Interfirm comparisons. Outsourcing. Internal audit.

Learning outcomes |
The aim of the course is to familiarize students with importance of economic analysis for corporate governance, also with the meaning, functions and tools of analysis practice. Beside this, to provide information about methods and procedures for the company's analysis.
Students will be able to understand the implementation of economic analysis, will be able to follow the principles of analytical acquires, will gain the habit in working with the analysis in analytical manner, will be able to apply various methods of economic analysis. |

A precondition for acquirement of credit is fulfilment of homeworks. The exam has a form of a written test. |
