Key learning outcomes | The aim of the specialization is to prepare experts to carry out economic and operating activities in the company. Students are provided with the knowledge essential for lower and middle economic and operating functions in the entrepreneurial sphere especially in industrial companies, business and service organizations. Graduates acquire the qualification to carry out economic and operating positions especially in small- and middle-sized companies. In the field of economy they know economic analysis, revenues and costs analysis, financing of the company, taxes, audit, work economics and remuneration. As for the operating activities in the company they are competent in the sphere of production control, logistics, ecology and quality. Particularity of this specialization lies in professional connection of particular fields of company economics and operating processes. The knowledge acquired within the study has got sectional character. Graduates can hold positions of professional workers and managers at lower company levels in economic, pre-manufacturing and manufacturing departments. They can be placed in the department of economic planning, economic analysis, financing, work economics, internal audit, human resources, investments, technical development, production planning, production control, waste management, job security and protection, normalization and quality. They can hold mainly positions of economic analyst, planner, production planner, operations manager, safety inspector, environmental specialist. The knowledge acquired within the Bachelor study provide the graduates with the possibility to continue in the study in the follow-up Master study programme of the same or related specialization. | ||||
