Introduction to the course, strategy and management in the health sector. Tools of management control. Basic economic concepts for management. Financial aspects of health care. Management and leadership. Personnel management. Process management and analysis process. Change and change management. The structural and procedural aspects of the health care system and their impact on the evaluation of health care. Management of quality and risk in a medical facility. Marketing of a medical device. Internal communication in the organization. Crisis management in the health sector. Strategic analysis, environment of the Czech Republic health system. The processes of the medical facility.
