Key learning outcomes The aim of the specialized educational programme in the subject field of Nursing Care in Internal Medicine is to prepare health care personnel qualified at the university level, who are authorized to conduct, procure, and coordinate basic, specialized, and highly specialized nursing care in internal medicine, oncology, and geriatrics, and of patients with chronic wounds and defects. Successful completion of the study offers graduates an opportunity to obtain specialized competence in the field of Nursing Care in Internal Medicine and gives them a wide system foundation. It gives the best graduates the preconditions for a study in the doctoral study programme.
