Learning outcomes |
The aim of the course is to become familiar with issues associated with treatment of sudden acute conditions during transportation of afflicted people by land or air emergency medical services (EMS) and during transfer of the patient to hospital emergency care.
The student knows issues associated with planning, organizing and managing rescue work during mass accidents, disasters, and in non-military as well as military crisis situations. |
