The beginnings of German state. German imperial empire. Archives and files. German font Schwabach and Kurrent.

Learning outcomes
The focus of the seminar is to develop individual language skills with an emphasis on the systematic extension of the vocabulary from the field of history. The seminar develops mainly receptive skills for working with historically oriented texts.
Student has receptive skills for working with historically oriented texts at level B2 and masters the wide vocabulary from the field of history.

Assessment methods and criteria
Student performance assessment, Oral performance analysis

80% attendance at seminars. Active participation in the seminar. Accomplishment of the tasks during the semester (linguistic correctness essential). Test focused on professional vocabulary and work with text.
