The language proficiency exam links at Language practice VI. It tests communicative competence level in German language. Successfull test is an inevitable condition for continuing studies and has 7 credit points. The structure of the exam is following: students prove the ability to communicate in spoken language in various situations. There are always two students so discussion or role play techniques can be applied, which enables candidates to introduce themselves in different exam patterns (not only a traditional one - examiner - candidate).
Students manage pronounciation (segmental and suprasegmental phenomena), range and appropriation when choosing vocabulary, speech correctness, fluency, interactive level, use of compensating strategies and cultural sensitivity.
