Learning outcomes
The aim of learning it is to make students acquainted with bases of theory, construction and operation of transport technologies.
After passing the subject, students are familiar with principles of theory, construction and operation of transport technologies. They are acquainted with technical legislation, with basic parts of vehicles and traffic road, oriented in problems of supervision over technical state of vehicles, safety and ecology of transport operation.
Prerequisites
Students are supposed to have basic technical knowledge, obtained by study at high school.

Assessment methods and criteria
Oral examination, Written examination, Home assignment evaluation, Work-related product analysis, Discussion

During the semester and at the examination students must demonstrate understanding of solved problems and prove ability to orientate themselves in problems of the subject. Actual requirements will be announced at the first week of the semester.
