Course content
Introduction to the subject. Constitutional law - Charter of Fundamental Rights and Freedoms. The basics of copyright law - Definition, scope and subject matter of copyright, the author and his law license agreement, staff and school work, the rights related to copyright. Commercial law - the foundations of competition law, unfair competition, consumer protection, public aspects. Protection of industrial rights and the rights to the designation - industrial property rights, the rights to the designation, name and trade register. Privacy Policy - the status and rights of individuals, responsibilities for the processing of personal data, privacy, control and sanctions. The right to information - international and constitutional foundations of the right to information, legal context of freedom of information, access to information in terms of the applicant, the provision of information in terms of office.

Learning outcomes
The main aim of this course is basic putting institutes legal theory of ownership of intellectual property rights and related rights and the fundamental law to protect people and the protection of personal data. Emphasis is placed on the subject of a deepening legal awareness in students of constitutional law, in particular the fundamental rights and freedoms and to deepen the knowledge of the actual law in force in the field of private law with a focus on copyright and industrial property rights and rights to the designation.
