Course content |
Academic style: linguistics, literature, history, law, economy, natural science. Non-fiction: encyclopaedia, non-fiction literature. Journalism: article, review, essay. Administration: application, resume, letter of attorney, formal correspondence. Fine literature: prose, poetry.

Assessment methods and criteria |
Home assignment evaluation, Student performance assessment
Requirements for successful completion: submission of Czech translation from extract of Bulgarian fine literature or academic text. The length of the paper will be at least 3 pages - that is 5500 symbols. Translation will be submitted together with a copy of the chosen text. |
