Course content
Concept, subject and sources. Administrative-law relations. Organizations of public administration. Administrative activity and its forms. Administrative acts. Contracts governed by public law, measures of a general nature and factual acts. Administrative proceedings. Administrative punishment. Common use of goods. Dispossession and curtailment of the property law.

Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to acquaint students with the general part of administrative law.
Students will gain experience in basic administrative law terms and will be able to solve elementary legal problems in the field of administrative law.
