1. Work safety in biochemical laboratory, preparation of buffers, pH measurement 2. Pipetting, pipetting test, accuracy and precision 3. Determination of protein concentration - Biuret's method, determination of the effectiveness of deproteinizing agents 4. Determination of protein concentration - Bradford method, BCA method 5. Determination of carbohydrates - resolution by color reactions 6. Quantitative determination of glucose - enzymatic method 7.
