Course content
Basic communication processes, etiquette, definition, social qualities. Verbal and nonverbal communication, social qualities in diplomacy and international contacts. Interpersonal communication, meeting and introducing. Personality prerequisites for successful communication, business and visiting cards. Causal attributes - types, structure, most frequent mistakes, addressing. Communication in a group, group conflicts. People management, managerial styles, etiquette of names and language. Management styles, forms of communication and etiquette in written display.

Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to acquaint the students with basic manners, customs and behaviour standards.
Student will be able to communicate activelly in the labour process.

The graded assignment is granted upon completion of the written test.
