Course content
Relative property rights - concept, subjects, content. The creation, modification and termination of liabilities. Ensuring and affirmation of debt. Selected contracts I: Donation, Purchase. Selected contracts II: Borrowing, Lease, Tenure, License, Loan, Credit. Selected contracts III: Work, Depository, Mandate, Travel. Selected contracts IV: Control, Account, Insurance. Liabilities of offenses. Liabilities for other legal reasons. Civil proceedings.

Learning activities and teaching methods
Monologic (reading, lecture, briefing), Dialogic (discussion, interview, brainstorming), Methods of individual activities, Work-related activities
Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to introduce students to selected issues of private law. Emphasis is placed on issues of contracts and civil proceedings.
In this course, students deepen their knowledge of private law and will be able to understand the functioning of contractual relationships.
Prerequisites
To study the subject the knowledge in range of syllabus of subject Civil law I is assumed.

Assessment methods and criteria
Oral examination, Home assignment evaluation, Work-related product analysis

Assignment is conditioned by activity in course and by completion of tests. The examination is granted upon passing the final oral examination.
