Key learning outcomes The aim of the doctoral study programme is to train highly qualified experts able to design, realize, professionally develop and apply information and communication technologies and to use modern computer-supported methods in decision making processes. Graduates acquire knowledge of IT flows and economic processes in organizations and institutions, knowledge of information and communication technologies and an overview of the possibility of its creative application. An important part of their study is the research and scientific activity. At the same time graduates are able to control the process of designing and creating of IT system including data and information security likewise to apply geographic information systems in decision making at all levels of the public administration.
