| Key learning outcomes | The goal of the field of the study is to provide education to university health care workers in the field of non-medical clinical care of patients with long-term and incurable diseases, in administration, science, and research. The graduate is able to plan and implement nursing care of patients with long-term and incurable diseases using a holistic concept and uses an interdisciplinary and complex approach. The graduate has mastered professional communication and therapeutic interventions. He is able to solve problem situations in nursing and to participate in improving the quality of nursing care. The graduate is competent to function in roles in primary, secondary, and tertiary spheres of health care services for patients with long-term and incurable diseases, in nursing science, research, education, administration and in health care politics. Upon successful completion of the study, graduates gain a wide system foundation in the field of Nursing, with a possibility of further specializations within the lifelong learning framework. Furthermore, it prepares the best graduates for enrolling in a doctorate study program. | ||||
