| Key learning outcomes | The aim of this field of study in the magister program is the acquaintance of necessary knowledge for the employment in chemical and nonchemical plants dealing with various materials. The graduates are able to develop new materials, materials with improved durability against mechanical, chemical and atmospheric load, to develop new technologies of materials processing and to analyze materials fails and to propose methods for their avoidance. Students get basic knowledge in the field of various materials completed with the high-level computer ability for the textual and graphical processing of experimental results and ability of finding necessary information sources. A broad materials knowledge make it possible for graduates to get employment in chemical plants, ceramic, glass, electrotechnical and electronic industry etc. The postgraduate study is offered for 3 years in the study programs "Chemistry and Technology of Inorganic Materials" or the "Technology of Polymers". | ||||
