| Key learning outcomes | The goal of the field of the study is to gain a professional qualification as a radiology assistant in order to perform radiological imaging and radiation procedures and to use ionizing radiation during procedures employed in the process of medical radiation. The graduate is able to engage in professional activities aimed to provide patient care during radiological procedures. Furthermore, the graduate is able to independently perform imaging procedures in the field of radiodiagnostics and nuclear medicine and to deliver ionizing radiation doses in radiotherapy as prescribed by the physician. The graduate gains competence to work in the profession of radiology assistant in a network of radiological and radiotherapeutic organizations and also in nuclear medicine departments. Successful completion of the study provides a system base in the field of Radiology assistance, with a possibility to gain further specialization through life-long learning. | ||||
