Key learning outcomes The objective of this specialisation is to prepare specialists who will be equipped with the basic knowledge of modern historical research and vital knowledge of European national and regional history with regard to the world history context. Graduates will have gained communicative competence in at least two world languages as well as IT skills; necessary knowledge of the historical disciplines and specialised knowledge and essential skills of museology and basics of the archival system. Graduates will be able to satisfy current social demand for specialists who are able to provide qualified consultation and research service in museums, galleries and other cultural organisations, in administration (department of culture and historical monuments' preservation). They can also find work in spheres based on media, in non-profit organisations, foundations or in tourism. Graduates will be equipped with knowledge applicable in further study of master programmes of Historical Sciences.
